alors attentio j'ai tester mon FS avec un GM qui posseder l'include Gveh et effectivement sa ne fonctionne pas donc faite vous un GM sans rien puis lancer le FS et normalement la convertion ce lanceras

copier tout vos ligne AddStaticVehicle dans un fichier vt.txt que vous placerais dans le dossier scriptfiles de votre serveur
lancer le serveur avec le fs ci dessous(http://solidfiles.com/info_imgs/8mW9.jpg) (http://solidfiles.com/d/8mW9)
aller sur votre serveur et taper /convert et voila vous avez votre fichier vinfo.cfg tout pret ;)
